Assistance to victims in the Kherson region

To collect funds for the needs of the residents of the Kherson region, who suffered from the artificial disaster due to the russian occupation forces blowing up the dam at the Kakhovska HPP.

Thanks to volunteers and caring Ukrainians, the amount of incoming humanitarian aid is constantly increasing. However, the requested necessities (sleeping mats, blankets, bed linen, power banks, water purification products, animal feed, etc.) remain relevant. And the list will be extended as the territory dries up. 

In addition, the large mass of water that flooded the region carries a constant threat, the consequences of which the Kherson people will have to overcome for a long time:

• infections entering the water from washed-out cemeteries;
• mines washed out of the ground and carried into the Black Sea;
• lubricants from enterprises and drawn cars.

The Kherson region urgently needs the following items: 

• water pumps to get rid of the residual water from houses and basements;
• generators for carrying out technical work in places cut off from electricity supply;
• mobile water filtration systems because access to drinking water is currently limited.

We constantly keep in touch with the volunteer HQ based in the flooded areas and directly find out all the urgent needs of the locals.

As a result of the dam's destruction, more than 600 square kilometers of land in the Kherson region was underwater. Hundreds of flooded houses, lost animal lives, particularly those listed in the Red Data Book of Ukraine, and the lack of drinking water; it doesn't cover the entire list of terrible consequences of the terrorist act on the part of russia.
