The services are being procured as part of the project “Development and Implementation of a Physical Rehabilitation Model for People Who Have Lost Limbs as a Result of Hostilities”, implemented with the support of the Askold and Dir Fund, administered by ISAR Ednannia, as part of the “Strong Civil Society of Ukraine - a Driver towards Reforms and Democracy” project, funded by Norway and Sweden.
As the Foundation develops and scales its activities, it is expanding its programme areas, introducing new approaches to providing assistance, developing partnerships with Ukrainian and international organizations, and strengthening its role in shaping systemic solutions in rehabilitation, psychological support, and the social integration of people affected by the war.
To strengthen its organizational capacity, the Foundation plans to engage a mentor to provide expert support to its management team throughout the strategic planning process, including the preparation and facilitation of a strategic planning session, the identification of strategic priorities, and the development of a practical roadmap for their implementation.
The expected format is individual mentoring support for the team, delivered online.
The expected outcomes of the collaboration include a shared strategic vision for the organization’s development, the identification and agreement of strategic goals and priority areas of activity, a draft strategic development plan for the Foundation, and a roadmap for implementing its strategic priorities.
The tender is open to organizational development service providers with a relevant verified service listed on the ISAR Ednannia Organizational Development Services Marketplace and proven experience in mentoring civil society organizations, strategic planning, and organizational development.
Experience in preparing and facilitating strategic planning sessions, proficiency in facilitation, strategic analysis, and organizational assessment methods, as well as experience working with management teams, are key requirements for tender participants.
