The security of the payment data of FFU donors is one of our team’s high-priority tasks. We timely inform you that we have already taken the necessary measures and contacted the acquiring companies to block suspicious payments and protect the benefactors’ data regarding the hacker attack on the FFU website payment system.

During the last month, we have noticed an increase in hacker attacks on the FFU website payment system, namely a large number of suspicious transactions carried out at the same time.

We can also note that the process is configured for automatic debiting, at the peak period of the attack, the hackers tried to make more than 200 payments per hour through the fund's website.

In this way, fraudsters try to check and find an active card with a positive balance, but we assure you that the foundation does not have access to the information about the banking accounts of our donors.

We also inform you that transfers to the Monobank account from foreign banking accounts are temporarily unavailable. If you notice suspicious transactions on your account, please, contact your bank's support service immediately.
