FFU Report for August

In July 2022, 148 donors made charitable contributions to the Funds.

The amount transferred to the Foundation Future for Ukraine is € 148.67.

The amount received by the CO "CF "Future of Ukraine" is ₴ 2,016,031.70.

381 people expressed their desire to be volunteers throughout Ukraine.


Children Hub

On August 17, we opened a new Children's Hub in Warsaw at the address: ul. Wspólna 47/49.

The number of visits per month increased by 50%. The number of visits — 1097, unique children — 270.

A speech therapist started working at the center, and two adolescent groups were opened for 8-11 and 11-15 years old.

The Children Hub website was launched, where you can learn more about the center's work.

GIDNA

Two motivational lectures were held in Warsaw, within the GIDNA project for Ukrainian women who suffered from the war and evacuation.

Medical Aid

42 people operated on within the "Metal Osteosynthesis" case for the amount of ₴ 555,999.72

The VAC device and its consumables we handed to City Hospital No. 1 in Kramatorsk.

27,650 Covid-19 Ag Hemtest tests we handed to the Poltava Regional Clinical Infectious Disease Hospital of the Poltava Regional Council.

Medicines in the amount of $2,000 we handed to the Ivano-Frankivsk Regional Children's Clinical Hospital together with our partner RocMaidan.


Humanitarian Aid Center

During August, Humanitarian Aid Center provided more than 973 humanitarian kits to Ukrainians who needed them.

We received food and hygiene products from our partners, which will be included in the humanitarian kits, namely:
Corn grits, 100 kg
Cans, 34 boxes
Wet wipes, 3 boxes
Soap, 1 box
Cookies, 6 boxes
Canned vegetables, 300 cans
Flour, 30 kg


Humanitarian aid

In August, we completed the first part of a humanitarian mission, the goal of which was to deliver 10 tons of humanitarian aid to military and civilian residents in hot spots in the eastern direction. Together with the organization "Kyiv Volunteer" and the voluntary social movement "Vilni". On August 19, the Foundation handed 250 food kits, as well as 40 boxes of canned goods and 25 boxes of snacks and hygiene products to Druzhkivka, Kramatorsk, and Slovyansk.

The Foundation donated a charging power station and a solar panel for a military unit of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, which is located near the front line.

15 children of IDPs were sent to the "SviTY" children's camp in Lviv for psychological and emotional recovery, together with the American lawyer Howard Teich and his organization East Side Freedom Square Coalition.

Grants

$9153.76 from the Ukraine Medical Relief of Rochester Regional Health Foundations and Wegmans Food Markets.

€1,168 from the British foundation The BEARR Trust.

₴ 61,000 fundraised at the charity fair "I sobi, i lyudyam" from the Closer art center.
