On August 11, the lecture "How to find support during the war" by Olena Sotnyk and Khrystyna Chernenko was held in Warsaw. The purpose of the meeting was to inspire Ukrainian women in Poland to adapt and find motivation for self-realization.
The lecture was held within the framework of the GIDNA project of the Future for Ukraine Foundation. The project aims to provide psychological support to Ukrainian women in wartime conditions.
"Instability gives us new opportunities. For example, be honest with yourself because you can only keep what you have: your abilities, skills, and real strengths, and no one will take that away from you. It will always be with you. As soon as you understand this, find a point of support in yourself, you will be afraid of nothing. Life is a series of quests. And I wish you to win in all of them," Olena Sotnyk, co-founder of the Future for Ukraine Foundation, shared with the participants.
We wish to thank all the participants, lecturers, and the event's partner the Ukrainian House in Warsaw Stadium Legia.
The next GIDNA event will be held on August, 18. Follow the announcements on the FFU page.
