War through the eyes of children

Recently, an internationally significant event took place in Washington, DC. On 23 April, the exhibition "Mom, I see war" was organized in the US Congress by our foundation Future for Ukraine and European Georgia - Movement for Liberty to draw the international community's attention to the most serious crimes of the russian army.

Photo and video materials from the "Before Bucha was Abkhazia" project were also presented. The war in Abkhazia lasted from 1992 to 1993. It was provoked between the Georgian government on the one hand and Abkhaz separatists, the russian government, and North Caucasian militants on the other.

"Showing the world the truth about russian war crimes is the primary goal of this exhibition. We must do everything we can to help Ukraine fight and stop russia's military aggression!" said Olena Nikolayenko, President of FFU in the United States, and volunteer curator of strategy and development at FFU International.

The materials presented impressed the representatives of the US Congress and revealed to them the terrible truth about the war crimes committed by russia many years ago in Abkhazia and now, in Ukraine.

We sincerely thank the Embassy of Ukraine in the United States, European Georgia - Movement for Liberty, People of Ukraine Foundation and United Help Ukraine Foundation, for their help in organizing the event. Thanks to you, we can tell the truth about the war in Ukraine through cultural and diplomatic events!
