In April 2026, Future for Ukraine Inc. allocated USD 80,000.00 to the development of an education program in physical therapy and rehabilitation for people with limb loss. The program is being implemented under a grant from The Pfizer Foundation and draws on the clinical and educational expertise of George Washington University.
The funding supports the preparation of faculty members from Bogomolets National Medical University and the Ukrainian Military Medical Academy to integrate contemporary approaches to limb-loss rehabilitation into Ukrainian medical education.
The program includes:
- 10 training modules;
- 6 specialized handbooks;
- in-person lectures;
- practical training;
- clinical laboratory sessions.

The purpose of the program is not only to transfer contemporary knowledge to a group of educators, but also to create the foundation for its systematic integration into the education of Ukrainian medical and rehabilitation professionals.
Beginning in September 2026, the program is expected to be integrated into the curriculum at Bogomolets National Medical University.

In April, Future for Ukraine Inc. received a USD 10,000.00 grant from Nova Ukraine to support the LEVCHYK SPECTRUM HUB program in Ukraine.
The funding support the continued operation of the centers in Lviv and Mykolaiv, where children with autism spectrum disorder receive specialized therapeutic and educational services, while their parents and caregivers receive professional guidance and practical support.

The grant will help maintain continuity of services for the children and families who regularly attend the centers.

UNDER FIRE: Honor and Trust in Societies at War
On April 23, 2026, Future for Ukraine Inc., together with the People of Ukraine Foundation, convened the private expert event UNDER FIRE: Honor and Trust in Societies at War in Washington, D.C.
Representatives of the humanitarian, academic, veteran, and philanthropic sectors discussed how to build support systems grounded in dignity and trust. The team presented the GIDNA program’s experience in providing confidential, survivor-centered support to women affected by conflict-related sexual violence.
