Recognition from the Armed Forces of Ukraine is the best evidence that the foundation’s assistance suits the challenges of war and truly contributes to improving the lives of our defenders.
Specifically, our Prosthetic of Ukrainians program was honored with the Commander’s Award from the 101st Guard Brigade of the General Staff named after Colonel-General Henadii Vorobiov, for the assistance provided in military prosthetics.
Olena Nikolaienko, president of FFU in the USA, received the breastplate. Now, it has a special place on a shelf in our main office, as a daily reminder to our team of the importance of each person’s work.
“I work for change, not for awards. But when your job is noticed, it’s incredibly motivating. This award reflects the daily efforts of the entire team. It’s about trust, about people who choose every day to support, believe, and act together,” says Olena Nikolaienko.
We thank the 101st Guard Brigade of the General Staff for their trust. Your recognition fuels our drive to keep moving forward for a better future for Ukrainians.
