During the war, support between women often becomes the force that helps others endure and regain a sense of stability. Many initiatives today are built on this solidarity.
The Ukrainian IT company GENESIS has supported the GIDNA project of the Future for Ukraine charitable foundation, which provides free psychological assistance to women affected by the war. GENESIS CFO Karine Mnatsakanyan made the financial contribution to support the program.
Thanks to this support, the project team will be able to increase the number of individual consultations for GIDNA participants and provide regular professional supervision for psychologists working with trauma. This helps maintain the quality of care and expand access to support for women who have experienced sexual violence or who live in conditions of prolonged uncertainty.

The GIDNA project works with women who have experienced sexual violence during the war and with those whose relatives are in captivity or went missing. Program participants can receive up to 20 free individual sessions with a psychologist and take part in monthly support groups.

The stories of these women often remain invisible to society, and systematic psychological support becomes a lifeline in the most difficult moments, helping them gradually rebuild their lives.
