On June 7, Kyiv will host the annual charity run in support of veterans who have lost limbs — Go to the Future-2026, organized by the Future for Ukraine Foundation. Participation is open not only in Kyiv but from anywhere in Ukraine — online. The main goal of the race is to unite as many people as possible around supporting veterans.
Today, thousands of military personnel and civilians live with the consequences of war: amputations, loss of vision, hearing, and injuries. Equal treatment and public support help them return more quickly to a full and active social life. That is what Go to the Future is all about — creating, through collective action, a future where acceptance of human diversity is a core value.
The race program includes:
- "Unity Relay" — a star relay race featuring veterans with prosthetics alongside well-known public figures, singers, and bloggers
- Races at distances of 5 km and 2 km
- Children's distances of 400 m and 800 m
- A 1 km distance with dogs
Gifts from partners and a DJ music set at the closing ceremony are also planned for all participants.
The event is supported by:
- General Partner Medical Center Orthotics & Prosthetics
- General Partner The Pfizer Foundation
- Partner Venue Expocenter of Ukraine
- Sports Partner Smartass
- Dog Distance Partner SharksCode
- Official Partner THRASH
- Official Partner Roosh Tech
- Official Partner Appflame
- Official Partner DataArt
- Official Partner Morshynska

- Official Partner FIZI

The Unity Relay, which traditionally opens the race, will bring together on the same course opinion leaders and veterans who have lost limbs and received prosthetics through the Future for Ukraine program. The program is implemented with the support of grants, donors, and patron Vadym Stolar.
This year's celebrity participants include Alyona Alyona, Anatoliy Anatoiich, ALEKSEEV, Harik Korohodskyi, Yula, and Dasha Malakhova. Side by side, they will cover the distance together with veterans — Oleksandr Chaika, Hlib Kravchenko, Vladyslav Kurilov, and Ivan Artiukh.

For Hlib, Vlad, and Oleksandr, this is their second time participating in Go to the Future. Ivan is taking part for the first time and is already preparing a running prosthesis to put his strength to the test.
Hlib Kravchenko, call sign "Holden," has not only joined the race but also become the main protagonist of the short film Reclaiming My Life — about the feelings, experiences, and efforts veterans go through on the path of adaptation after limb loss. The film was created by the Future for Ukraine Foundation together with director Dasha Shy.
Registration for the Go to the Future-2026 charity race is available on the event's website. Participation is free of charge for military personnel and veterans.
