On the occasion of the International Day Against Sexual Violence in Conflict, the GIDNA project held a flash mob “Тy GIDNA”. In the Instagram highlights of the Future for Ukraine Foundation, everyone can save images with inspiring inscriptions, upload them to stories, and give a link to the Gidna project https://gidna.org. In this way, we want to support women who experienced sexual violence during the war and encourage them to seek professional help from our psychologists.
We are grateful to everyone who joined the flash mob and showed their support for the affected women. We also thank the public organization La Strada Ukraine, its representative Aliona Kryvuliak, and the psychologist of the GIDNA project, Anna Hrubaia, for conducting a broadcast on the topic of myths and prejudices about sexual violence during the war.
Earlier this year, to the International Day for the Elimination of Sexual Violence Against Women, we held a charity initiative in collaboration with the Arley Sign brand and tattoo artist Ulyana Nesheva. Together, they created temporary tattoos with Tryplian symbols in a modern interpretation. Anyone who wants to support the GIDNA project and the affected women can apply these tattoos and post a photo of them on social media, adding the hashtag #колибракуєслів — stickers are available at the link.
