The foundation's official statement regarding the use of the Future for Ukraine name by other organizations

Dear benefactors, 

We have received many requests regarding the use of the Future for Ukraine name by unrelated organizations, and for this purpose, we have prepared an official response.

In March 2022, our team set a goal of helping Ukrainians affected by the full-scale war in Ukraine.

All our projects and programs are implemented by the joint efforts of three foundations, created by our team members:

• Charity Organization “Future for Ukraine Charity Foundation” (EDRPOU 44776380) registered in Ukraine.
• Fundacjа Future for Ukraine (REGON: 521694516) registered in the Republic of Poland.
• FUTURE FOR UKRAINE Inc. registered in the USA, State of Maryland (501c3). 

Whereas wartime aid must be provided as soon as possible, we have decided not use our benefactors’ funds on international trademark registration, which protect the foundation's brand name in other countries.

Over time, when the activities of our foundation gained international recognition and trust, we noticed that other organizations use the Future for Ukraine brand name or similar ones, started to appear. Unfortunately, it is not limited by the Ukrainian law.

With this official letter, we inform you that we are not connected in any way with the FUTURE FOR UKRAINE foundation registered in the Czech Republic, nor with any other charitable organizations or foundations registered under a similar name.

We do not support their activities and have no any information about their management. We emphasize that our responsibility is limited only to our own initiatives.

To obtain true information about the activities of Future for Ukraine, we urge you to use our official website, https://ffu.foundation/ where you will find comprehensive information about our funds, mission, programs, and financial reporting.
