Acting for the common good, not just personal benefit, is the guiding principle of volunteers of the Future for Ukraine Foundation. Every day, our work involves helping those in need. While working on projects, making decisions,and organizing charity events, we are guided by an open heart and a Сode of Conduct framework that reflects our values.
The FFU’s Code of Conduct is not just a set of rules. It’s our guidance for helping others, which outlines our main principles of honest and transparent internal (teambuild) and external (public) communication about each project.

When we deal with human destinies, transparency, responsibility, and respect for the dignity of everyone are not options, but mandatory principles. People come first!
We respect the dignity and equality of all beneficiaries — regardless of age, gender, nationality, language, religion, beliefs, or social status.
We always follow a non-violent, friendly, and professional style of communication, respect the moral and physical boundaries, and create a safe environment for everyone within our projects: children on the spectrum and their families, veterans, and women who have suffered from war.
FFU has a zero tolerance policy for any form of violence.
Ethical implementation and coverage of projects
Within each direction of activity, the FFU Foundation closely monitors each project. We assess the risks of possible harm both during project implementation and all coverage — especially those related to socially vulnerable groups and staff.
We keep the ethical use of photos, videos, and stories of our beneficiaries. FFU guarantees confidentiality and protection of personal data to everyone who seeks help.
Fighting fraud and corruption
We ensure that the help received reaches the beneficiaries in full and of the proper quality.
FFU does not tolerate any form of fraud, bribery, or corruption.
Fraud and corruption are global issues that threaten transparency, efficiency, and trust in the charity field. They undermine program implementation, hinder international cooperation, and prevent aid to those in need.
The FFU Foundation’s work is based on the main theses of our Code of Conduct. Every year we organize special workshops for the whole team. We share our values, analyze real-life cases, and ensure that each of us is in the right place.
